Training

Earshot develops and delivers bespoke radio and sound training courses and opportunities for agencies and other clients and has recently delivered training for Equal Brighton and Hove (see Radio2Work) and produced an online learning and support environment for RadioReverb's programme makers using open-source software.

Earshot specialises in developing courses which not only teach technical competency but also develop transferable and soft skills. Earshot has demonstrated that radio training can be an effective way of empowering people and motivating them to learn new skills which enahance their overall employability and confidence.

Training can be delivered through any or a combination of one-to-one tutorials, classes, workshops, courses and virtual learning environments.
